Corvette Enthusiasts Club
About CCA
The Media, Pennsylvania based, County Corvette Association, began when a group of Corvette enthusiasts decided to formalize their passion by forming a dedicated club in 1967. The law offices of Bonner & Folton filed Articles of Incorporation on May 5, 1967 and CCA was fully incorporated on August 2, 1967 at the historic Media Court House on W. Front Street in downtown Media, Pennsylvania.
Shortly after its formation the club voted to join the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC) and continues to be a 100% NCCC club. The National Council of Corvette Clubs, Inc. (NCCC) was founded in the United States as an all-volunteer, non-profit organization in 1959 by a small group of Corvette owners/enthusiasts. The purpose of NCCC is to promote interest in Corvette ownership and operation, to publish information on the use and operation of the Corvette, and to establish an organized effort to encourage others to participate in the enjoyment connected with the use and ownership of the Corvette ~ America’s Sports Car!
CCA maintains membership in excess of 100 and is one of the larger clubs in the Eastern Region. CCA club members own Corvettes ranging from C1s through C8s - race cars, pace cars, anniversary cars, and custom cars. CCA member vehicles cover the Corvette spectrum.
Each year club members have the opportunity to conduct NCCC national sanctioned events and multiple regional sanctioned events consisting of a wide variety of venues. Club members actively participate in Ramble-road-rallies, low-speed events, car shows, parades, charity events, and social activities each month.
When the club was formed, a decision was made to not only encourage Corvette related activities, but to also be an active supporter of local charities with involvement in the local community. To coincide with our local charity efforts, each year, a percentage of the proceeds from our Annual Corvette Car Raffle go directly towards The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to fund much-needed research and programs. (Check out our "Corvette Raffle" page for more information.)
Annually, the club schedules a very well attended Christmas Dinner Banquet, Holiday Brunch and a Progressive Dinner. A general club meeting is held on the third Tuesday of each month at The Court Diner in Media, Pennsylvania at 6:30 PM. Visitors are always welcome, and we believe that anyone who has an interest in Corvettes can find an activity within CCA to satisfy their interests.
Sharing and enjoying the passion for Corvettes since 1967.
